This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“you” or “User”) and Logikosoft Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Pansophy AI software product (“Software”).
By downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use Pansophy AI on a compatible device, subject to the terms outlined herein and the specific license type you purchased.
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including associated intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of Logikosoft Technologies. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
You agree not to:
Violations may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.
The Software requires license activation. Your license is valid only for the number of installations or devices specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to revoke or deactivate licenses used in violation of these terms.
Upon purchase, the Software is delivered via digital download. If you experience issues with downloading or installing the Software, you may contact us for technical support at support@mind2matter.co.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds after a license key has been issued, regardless of usage or activation status.
Your license includes access to basic updates at no additional charge. Some advanced features, future services, or major upgrades may require a separate purchase or upgraded license. This Agreement applies to all updates unless accompanied by a new license.
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export control laws and regulations. You may not use or export the Software to (or by nationals of) countries or individuals under U.S. sanctions or embargoes.
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You assume full responsibility for the use of the Software and any results generated by it.
The Software utilizes open-source generative AI models that may produce inaccurate, offensive, or misleading outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all content generated before using it in any personal, professional, or commercial capacity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Logikosoft Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logikosoft Technologies from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Software, including any content generated by the Software.
We may terminate this license and deactivate your access without notice if you breach any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. No refunds will be provided.
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, war, government restrictions, or natural disasters.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Wyoming.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not waive our right to enforce it later.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Logikosoft Technologies with respect to the Software, superseding all prior agreements.
